		<description>Great Post! I confess I'm not always as good at #7 as I should be. I guess I knew some 'cheerleaders' in past experiences that annoyed me and so I always felt better toning it down a bit. Maybe that's still ok.

I disagree slightly with item #10, I find that a little year 2000. With so many faster, more specialized project management tools out there the MS Suite isn't the be all end all of it. I agree it's good to be familiar with those tools, but having just returned from the Enterprise 2.0 conference, I have high hopes that project management 2.0 is coming soon (and already here for a lot of us).</description>
