		<description>There is one thing your PMI class did not tell you (and which all of us "old timers" have observed by now).

Take your first graph - "Agile Project Management". Rename the Y-Axis as "% Completion". You now have a graph which depict the results achieved by the two methodologies.

Traditional PM starts delivering results slowly, picks up speed as it goes along and eventually gets to 100% completion at the end.

Agile PM seemingly starts delivering results very fast, buy quickly plateaus and then stops making any  progress after some time! The full system never gets built since the requirements are changing all the time!</description>
