		<description>Thanks for the good post, this brings up a question I had recently and I think you make the point here. In a client-services agency, is it better to adjust to the communication needs/customs of the client or continue to use the tools that the agency is using and nudge the client to adjust. 

I think the first option is the best, since the client is paying for the project and wants to be served in a way that they are comfortable. Would be great to hear some other opinions.</description>
