		<description>Your point is very well noted; however, it is not mention in the PMBOK or many other PM communication books.  Thanks for making a good point.  The attitude in which one expresses a project’s threat or opportunity is a polish gateway in which the recipient can respond with the best possible attitudes and actions, thus providing a direct means to solutions without the emotional bias that so often cloud the path to success.</description>
