		<description>Nice summary of a broad technique which is underused. I find it especially useful for pre-project concept/feasibility work. 

As far as overlaps/conflicts of customer needs - this diagram can also have a triangle on the left that allows you to plot such clashes / trade-offs if required - although this is not that common.</description>
