		<description>I'd also love to see thoughts from the hut about the social/managerial dimension of estimating : ownership of estimates, role of experts, culture of adding margins,  and so forth.  In other words, how to manage the project team + environment to gain and maintain the qualities outlined so clearly here.</description>

A few more ideas:

1. Risks should include consideration for probability and impact.
2. It is good to cover risks by setting up a flexible way to do "sensitivity analysis" - that is if a combination of things go a certain way.
