		<description>This is a great post. Opponents are so under-estimated. People of think of resistance but seldom think about people who might thwart their best efforts. Glad you touched on it.

One of the issues that concerns me is the risk of new projects that serve to oppose a project in terms of sudden, new resource constraints and the tension SMEs experience - particularly if and when one Champion is lower on the totem pole than another. Two un-equal champions can be a real mess.
