MBWA has always served me well, but be careful! I have seen it used For evil too! Never use these interactions as your own soapbox. It’s about the individual on your team, not about you.

Excellent article. I find MBWA is very useful in the IT environment where people can sometimes be confined to their desks for days without discussing with anyone their progress. Especially enjoyed the “monologue vs. dialogue” part..
