		<description>Great article Kailash, had me nodding in agreement at various points as I guess we have all encountered some or all of the players you identify. 

The shame is that whilst reflecting on these characters is amusing it only serves as a balm to soothe the pain that their gamesmanship causes. 

Is there any hope that as the world of work becomes more accountable and open to scrutiny that such gamesmanship will subside as people realise that the only game in town is in being as effective as possible in delivering projects.</description>
