		<description>I like your style changes a lot - they seem to embody a sea-change in approach that if many practitioners took up, could change the non-PM world's perception of the practice of project management considerably, helping to transform the perception of practitioners to enablers/facilitators rather than note-takers/reporters. What do you think the chances are that the PMI will actually take note of your feedback?</description>
