PMO Post Implementation Review and Assessment

The post implementation review and assessment stage evaluates the project’s everall effectiveness in terms of:
- Achievement of Goals and Objectives: Was the stated outcome achieved?
- Quality of the Process: Were established protocols followed?
- Performance of Project Team: For the team as a whole and per individual.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction with Process & Outcome: Were they happy with the results?
