We are developing a software for construction project management.
Is it correct to rephrase the three methods of project management that you have highlighted as follows:
1. Cybernetic Control is managerial analysis of works in a project, in fixed control periods.
2. Go/No-Go Control constitutes managerial analysis of works in a project, in fixed resorce effort.
3. Post Control refers to managerial analysis of works in a project, in fixed stages of quantum of works.
I have detailed my observations leading to above conclusion on my blog www.indiancivilengineer.blogspot.com. Kindly advise on the technical correctness of my viewpoint.
