		<description>Thanks for a great article. I have planned to write about this issue long ago. The main concept here: Project phases and process groups are different things, each project phase include all process groups. 

The PMBOK Guide Fourth Edition addressed the misconception that project phases are the same as process groups, too, here is a link to an image that illustrates the relationship between project phases and process groups
