Good list. I’ve found that cliches are short cuts for times when my brain is tired. I’m sad to say I use them, most frequently when I know the group I’m with can relate to the lingo. Thanks for the reminder that cliches aren’t information - just talk.

Isn’t raging against cliches a bit of a cliche itself? I’m surprised that a project management professional with so many years of experience isn’t a bit more tolerant.
