Just been forwarded this because I give conference presentations linking management teamwork and cooking. Yes, the metaphor and analogy is easy to extend beyond Project management, but it really does hit home when you simplify it like this, Chris. And that is why metaphor is so useful. It helps people hang their hat on a really simple everyday item, rather than project and other manageemnt seeming separate from normal life. Excellent! Would love to add it as a 'cool friend' to my blogs! Phil H

Wonderful!
Actually we´ve been doing that with corporate groups ranging from a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 40 people each time... the "team-building" aspect of this strategy, on top of the project management analogies, is outstanding! Check the website for a demo-video and references!

This is great... I am using this for my MBA class in Organizational Business. We are looking for cooking analogies in the world of business. Thanks!
