		<description>Great article, guys.  It's important to note that exclusion is not always an oversight.  It's often a strategic decision by business owners trying to meet aggressive deadlines - they're afraid that additional opinions or sign-offs will delay the development timeline.  It's really ironic, though, that this exclusion can result in major deficits in the finished product - the very thing that torpedoes or slows a project to a crawl.
