		<description>Pradeep, This process is enthusiastically adopted by PMOs when we, (My employees or me) are there to help them stay true to the process. The process absolutely works but it needs to have a champion within the company. Some very large companies have used it over the years and I have used it on some very large projects. However, as I have found throughout my consulting career, standards slip and, without that champion,people eventually go back to their old ways.
