Requirements of the Strategic Project Management

Strategic Project Management requires that:
- Every authorized project must clearly support an approved strategic objective of the organization.
- Each project’s risks must be evaluated and managed using currently available methods and systems.
- All projects must be evaluated, prioritized and approved using the same criteria.
