		<description>Only saw your heading of Critical Chain (CC)like mini-buffers.  Just concerned about thought.  CC focuses on concentrating the buffers at the end of the project where you need it the most.  If you are using mini-buffers to place saftety back into various parts of the schedule you're violating CC concepts.  i.e. Spreading out risk lenthens the project and reduces the buffers effectiveness.
