		<description>I am continuously interested in the concept of "a great leader knows how to delegate" but it is completely true. Be the leader that identifies strengths in others, and share tasks that fit those strengths. Having a good project management system in pace that allows for task assigning and rescheduling is important in this situation, because it allows the user to flip tasks to the appropriate member of their team efficiently. Great post.</description>
