Skills and Attributes of the Project Team

  1. Provide their technical expertise in support of project objectives
  2. Understand the overall aim of the project and how their expertise contributes to that aim
  3. Understand and use the project management standards used by the project
  4. Maintain the project documentation in line with the project quality plan
