Usually, the opposite happens in projects: the sponsor tends to request more and more deliverables that the project should produce, and the project manager tries to "protect" the project scope. Not every sponsor understand about project management activities as they have to deal with things with higher priority. That leads to many obstacles between the PM and the sponsor about project scope. As a PM, how can you overcome this issue?
