But it is too harsh about the programmers.
It seems outdated in the world of Test Driven Development.
Most of these scenarios mentioned happens mainly in small companies which are not following any process and treat developers as slaves. If process are put everywhere there won't be any issues. This things mainly happens in poorly estimated projects where developers life is very tough. Too much in too few time will cause delivery failures.
Lack of skilled developers too cause these issues.</description>
