		<description>I can easily relate to this one: "He will win who has military capacity and is not interfered with by the sovereign."

It becomes crazy when upper management/functional management messes around with my projects (and it did happen a lot) and my resources. Their "contribution" and involvement in the project are nearly always worthless, and most of the times end up hindering the progress.
