		<description>Nicely done. I have also run into the hot and cold sponsor. At the beginning you get strong, enthusiastic support, then it weakens considerably when the real work has to be done, and finally it gets hot again at the close of the project.

Consistent support is almost a luxury like consistent discipline when raising children. But that's another topic!!
