thank you for this interesting article.

I would like to add one thing: People usually have their own goals what they want to reach in their lives. They won't (and shouldn't) changes these goals. But: In order to support a project or a company, they need to subordinate their goals to the projects / companies goals. This process leads to new goals that are relevant for the peoples "role" in the project / company.

That means: We have the organizations goals and the goals a role must fulfill. The latter have to match with the personal goals. If there's a mismatch, people will suffer in their jobs.
