Michael began his career training as an accountant, and then moved into the IT sector where he carried out various roles including systems analysis & project management, working in all three areas of customer, manufacturer & third party supplier. Since 1999 he has been providing Project Management & Team Development workshops to various market sectors.

Elizabeth has been managing projects for nearly a decade and passes on some of that experience through her blog A Girls Guide to Project Management. She has also put some of her expertise, as well as the experiences of dozens of others, in her book \"Project Management in the Real World\".
Elizabeth is a PRINCE2 Practitioner and trained in the Six Sigma process improvement methodology.
Elizabeth is a member of the British Computer Society, spent eight years working in financial services (including two based in Paris, France), and now works in London in the healthcare industry. Elizabeth has a BA from the University of York and an MA from Roehampton University. Her research interests are the roles and responsibilities of different stakeholders and their interactions across culturally diverse, distributed project teams.
She is a member of the Projects@Work editorial board and a correspondent for the ICPM.
