Todd has been applying Lean principles to all areas of business for the past 10 years and is one of the only trainers applying these powerful concepts to project management and product development. Todd is the founder and president of Lean Solutions Limited, a consulting firm specializing in on-site workshops and implementation support. He has applied Lean principles in a wide range of industries including automotive assembly; manufacturing, repair and overhaul; food processing; electronics assembly; pharmaceutical; and the airline industry. Todd is proud to have been able to work with many industry-leading organizations such as Singapore Airlines, Michelin, Parker Hannifin, Bombardier, Timken, and Pfizer.
