		<description>Having read through your post in occurred to me that the two types of risks you are referring to could possibly be categorized as 'internal project risks' (referring to the top three risks - cost, schedule and performance) and 'external/environmental risks' (referring to the other six risk types you mention below). Would that be a fair classification in your mind?</description>
