Awesome list, Andrew!

Malcolm Gladwell's, "Blink" talks about rapid cognition, in the form of "Thin Slicing" complex information to understand it quickly. This totally applies to your article. I think that its important for a PM to be able to rapidly comprehend these tell tale signs that a project is in trouble, to be able to implement the right countermeasures before its too late.

We were just discussing this topic today during a book review of Blink at the office. I wish I would have had your list. :)
