		<description>That’s an excellent list summarizing what I have heard from a lot project managers. Number 8 might right be the most important ones to start with. Not being aware of what the client actually wants or needs can be a costly and timely mistake that could doom the project and lose the client. On the top of those, I think that modern project management has to use collaborative technologies to better communicate, make everything transparent within the project team and last but not least, make everybody accountable.</description>
