		<description>Thanks for commenting Gilad.  I tried to go to your blog and add a comment but it said 'discarded' for some reason.  I like what you said in your blog posting about telling the truth.  That is one of the biggest problems in PM land in my experience.</description>

Small projects can even support strategic targets, although they have small budget and so. 
The thing you should do while managing several small and large projects is to rank your projects according to strategic, business and technical risks and choose the appropriate tools and level of control to your projects according to it.
You should invest your best tools in riskier projects.  Nevertheless, some basic tools like schedule should be applied to all kind of projects.</description>
