		<description>I like the article because of its thoughts, but I would also say that I do not agree completely with this.
As we are talking about a project manager, whose existence in the role is because of a project, so the success/failure of the project should very well count in the performance of the project manager. 
Moreover I think the stakeholders are not too much knowledgeable about the science of project management. It is this knowledge that we as a Project Managers should learn and expand in their life.</description>
